THE PROCESS

• Register your details by calling us or completing the contact details on this web site.
   
• We will then call to arrange a viewing and discuss your particular situation.
   
• One of the team will visit your property to establish its value to us.
   
• If all is well we will make an offer within 24 hours of the visit, may even be on the visit.
   
• Once the offer is accepted we will instruct solicitors.
   
• We will then arrange for a valuation survey to be undertaken.
   
• We will then get contracts drawn up ready for exchange.
   
• Once all the surveys and searches have been successfully completed contracts will exchange and set a completion date to suit you.
   
• On completion any surplus funds, after paying your mortgage and debts off will be transferred directly to your bank.
